Overall, my experience at the hotel was mixed. While the spa treatments were fantastic and a highlight, the cleanliness and service left much to be desired. The hotel location was convenient, but there were significant issues with the amenities that negatively impacted our stay. I had a lovely experience at The Chase hotel, especially enjoying the spacious rooms and excellent spa facilities. The staff was polite and helpful, making my stay comfortable.
