the hotel had a restaurant for both dinner and breakfast. the staff was helpful, especially at the front desk and in the spa. i found the food lovely and the staff competent. jordan was professional and great with customers.

the room was clean, but the noise from the adjoining bedroom was constant.

The breakfast service was a mess, though. i asked for vegetarian sausages. They said they would bring them over. after waiting forty minutes and asking AGAIN, they never showed up. maybe they were out foraging for them in the garden..

The bar service was quite annoying. I ordered a specific coffee, but they substituted ingredients without informing me. The waiter told me, 'We don't have it, THIS is just the same', they clearly hoped I wouldn't notice THE difference. This happened with my dessert too. The raspberry compote became blackcurrant, so the experience wasn't great.

i found the breakfast well stocked. parking was so easy. staff at reception are friendly and very helpful, so they immediately addressed a minor issue with my room i had. the rooms are spacious with nice garden views.

i must mention there was a small number of wasps around the outside sitting area, and it was a bit distracting.

the pool is great, it has good facilities. the gym has a decent range of equipment. i did notice the bar offers a good selection of drinks and snacks, it caters well to different tastes.

i found kinga was very polite and ready to help. laura did provide a fantastic deep massage in the spa. the reception team addressed my room request in fifteen minutes, i think this was great.

The gym was amazing. It had all that was needed. Tianna provided a wonderful massage. I felt very good afterwards. The rooms were clean and large. They had everything needed. The bed was very comfy. The pillows were perfect.

The restaurant food was amazing but I found it slightly hard to get the attention of staff at times.
